Aggie Burnett is a PR and Marketing Consultant and Founder of AB Creative, a Consulting Firm and Education Platform that helps build cult status beauty brands.
As a recognized expert in marketing, positioning and PR in the beauty and wellness space, Aggie has been featured in Entrepreneur, Thrive Global, Glamour, BossBabe, Beauty Independent and has spoken at Six Degrees Society and Flourish and Thrive and interviewed on podcasts like Skincare Anarchy and iheartradio’s School for Startups.
A graduate of NYU’s prestigious journalism program, Aggie cut her teeth in beauty journalism at Glamour Magazine before launching her own award-winning fragrance brand, Nomaterra—sold worldwide and in retailers like Sephora, Four Seasons Hotel, and Fenwick Department Store and their namesake brick-and-mortar store in Brooklyn and a pop-up in Soho.
When she wasn’t running PR and marketing for her own brand, she was doing it for other beauty brands like Mahalo, Glamlite, Kahina Giving Beauty, Perfums de Marly, Omolewa and landing placements for them in Vogue, Forbes and everything in between.

She has spent 17 years working as an executive with globally recognized beauty brands such as Laura Mercier, Dr. Brandt Skincare and Trish McEovy. During her tenure with these brands Susannah and her teams set records nationwide for retailer sales, gaining critical in store ranks and attention of buyers. In addition to a wide appreciation of luxury and prestige retailers, Susannah also learned the power of independent retailers early on and developed unique national strategies to leverage a mix of retail accounts resulting in increased revenue and profits.
An experienced and passionate marketing strategist who specializes in relationship-based marketing and data-driven strategies. She has an M.A. in Communications and 7+ years in marketing and has worked with over 350 companies to grow their business with content marketing – including large corporations like Stanley Tools, Proof Syrup, and KNESKO Skin. After working for 3 marketing agencies, she decided to start her own. Her agency’s mission is to help entrepreneurs feel confident in scaling their businesses and generating high-quality leads through authentic marketing.
Believing that intentional and service-focused values are the foundation of any soul-centric business, Michelle works with teams to develop a sustainable culture in which employees are empowered and thrive.
